Objectives of Study：

To compare effects of combined training (executive function plus memory strategy training) with memory strategy training for healthy older adults.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

(1) MMSE得分低于24分
(2) CESD得分高于16分
(3) 有明显的听力或视觉损伤无法参加训练
(4) 没有充足时间参与训练

Exclusion criteria：

(1) scored less than 24 on Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE);
(2) scored more than 16 on Center for Epidemiological Studies Depression Scale (CES-D) score;
(3) had visual or hearing impairments which would hinder from training;
(4) could not guarantee a full participation because of scheduling conflicts.
