研究目的：

本研究旨在评价踝关节外侧副韧带修补术后第一天在硬质踝关节支具的保护下进行可耐受性负重训练和踝关节活动度训练是否较传统石膏固定两周不负重更有利于患者踝关节的短中期临床康复。  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate whether tolerable weight-bearing training and ankle range of motion training under the protection of a rigid ankle brace on the first day after repair of the lateral collateral ligament of the ankle joint is more beneficial to short- and mid-term clinical rehabilitation of the patient's ankle than traditional cast immobilization for two weeks without weight-bearing.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.二次手术患者；
2.有神经肌肉疾病；
3.同时做微骨折手术；
4.BMI指数大于30；
5.双踝手术的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with secondary surgery;
2. Have neuromuscular disease;
3. Perform microfracture surgery at the same time;
4. BMI index greater than 30;
5. Patients with double ankle surgery.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

数据的录入与修改由研究者完成，数据来源与原始记录表一致。数据管理员负责对已录入数据进行审核与管理。对于数据存在的疑问，数据管理员将向研究者发送相应的质疑，研究者对数据管理员发送的质疑及时进行回复，数据管理员必要时可以再质疑。所有受试者的信息必须严格保密。

The data entry and modification are completed by the researcher, and the data source is consistent with the original record table.
