To evaluate the efficacy and safety of comprehensive geriatric assessment(CGA) for tailored treatment in elderly patients with diffuse large B-cell lymphoma

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

既往有血液肿瘤或实体瘤病史行放化疗者；中枢神经系统或脑膜受累患者；HIV感染者。

Exclusion criteria：

patients with a previous history of hematologic malignancy or solid tumor who received chemotherapy or radiation therapy; central nervous system or meningeal involvement;HIV infection.
