研究目的：

主要目的：探索氢氧混合气对社区高血压患者血压的改善效果，为寻找有效的高血压辅助治疗方法提供新的思路。  

Objectives of Study：

Main purpose: To explore the effect of hydrogen oxygen mixture on blood pressure of patients with hypertension in community, so as to provide new ideas for finding effective adjuvant therapy for hypertension.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.入选前 3个月内服用抗炎、抗氧化类药物；
2.有慢性病史的患者包括严重的慢性疾病如冠心病、糖尿病、恶性肿瘤、肝肾功能异常、风湿性免疫疾病、高尿酸血症、甲状腺功能异常、哮喘、抑郁症等；
3.孕妇或哺乳期妇女；
4.艾滋病、梅毒患者；
5.依从性差或无法配合检查而影响临床研究者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Take anti-inflammatory and antioxidant drugs within 3 months before enrollment;
2. Patients with a history of chronic diseases include serious chronic diseases such as coronary heart disease, diabetes, malignant tumors, abnormal liver and kidney function, rheumatic immune diseases, hyperuricemia, abnormal thyroid function, asthma, depression, etc.;
3. Pregnant or lactating women;
4. AIDS, syphilis patients;
5. Poor compliance or inability to cooperate with examinations and affect clinical investigators.

Using block randomization and SAS statistical software, given the number of seeds, a random arrangement is generated. The random number is hidden in a sealed opaque kraft paper envelope.
