研究目的：

主要目的：客观评价应用传统功法训练在前庭周围性眩晕缓解期患者前庭功能恢复的有效性及安全性，从而为后期推广本治疗方案提供客观依据。  

Objectives of Study：

Main purpose: To objectively evaluate the effectiveness and safety of traditional exercise training in the recovery of vestibular function in patients with peripheral vestibular vertigo in remission, so as to provide an objective basis for the later promotion of this treatment plan.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.非前庭性眩晕（眼性、颈性、全身疾病、血液病、内分泌及代谢性疾病）、前庭性眩晕急性发作期、前庭性眩晕急性发作期后未出现前庭功能损伤症状；
2.颈椎病、椎-基底动脉血管病、脑动脉硬化、听神经瘤、高血压、贫血、心律失常等非前庭性眩晕及脑干、小脑急性出血、蛛网膜炎、脑膜炎、脑脓肿、脑干肿瘤、脑干脑炎等危险性中枢性眩晕；
3.2周内服用过倍他司汀、抗眩晕药、抗组胺药、镇静剂等干扰疗效判断的药物；
4.患者不愿意接受使用传统功法训练或前庭康复训练的治疗方式；
5.有意识、精神障碍，不能配合完成研究者；
6.妊娠期，哺乳期妇女。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Non-vestibular vertigo (eye, neck, systemic diseases, blood diseases, endocrine and metabolic diseases), vestibular vertigo acute attack, vestibular vertigo after acute attack without symptoms of vestibular dysfunction;
2. Cervical spondylosis, vertebral-basilar vascular disease, cerebral arteriosclerosis, acoustic neuroma, hypertension, anemia, arrhythmia and other non-vestibular vertigo and acute hemorrhage of brain stem and cerebellum, arachnoiditis, meningitis, brain abscess, brain Dangerous central vertigo such as stem tumor and brain stem encephalitis;
3. Taking betahistine, anti-dizziness drugs, antihistamines, sedatives and other drugs that interfere with the judgment of efficacy within 2 weeks;
4. The patient is unwilling to accept the treatment methods using traditional exercises or vestibular rehabilitation training;
5. Consciousness and mental disorder, unable to cooperate with the researcher;
6. Pregnant and lactating women.
