研究目的：

1.建立新生儿人群听力障碍队列； 2.评估并优化当前新生儿听力筛查的效能； 3.评估当前儿童听力诊断的效能，探索最优检测组合； 4.综合分析儿童听力障碍的危险因素，建立相关风险的预测模型。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To establish a newborn cohort of hearing loss in the Chinese PLA General Hospital and relevant cooperative units; 2. To evaluate and improve the efficiency of Newborn Concurrent Hearing and Genetic Screening strategy; 3. To evaluate and improve the efficiency of diagnosis of children's hearing loss; 4. To comprehensively analyze the risk factors of children's hearing loss, and to establish the prediction model of relevant risks, so as to reduce the harm of hearing impairment.
