研究目的:

本项目通过建立涵盖神经发育关键期的临床队列,从临床行为表型、神经发育等层次围绕以下目标进行研究:筛选和鉴定在儿童神经发育关键期起作用4-6个新的社会生态环境因素。明确2-3个主要社会生态因素对临床行为表型和功能的影响。 围绕这个目标,本研究将从以下方面展开: 观察性研究:以临床行为学为基础,分析并验证儿童和青少年社会生态系统因素与儿童神经发育障碍的行为外表型和基于脑成像技术的神经发育内表型的关系。 本研究将从遗传与生态系统相互作用的机制作这个新视角,探讨社会生态系统对儿童神经发育障碍的发生、发展和转归的作用机制,为神经发育障碍的防治提供新思路、策略和体系,对降低严重神经发育障碍的发病率和致残率发挥重要作用。  

Objectives of Study:

By establishing a clinical cohort covering the critical neurodevelopmental period, this project will focus on the following objectives at the clinical behavioral phenotype and neurodevelopmental levels: to screen and identify 4-6 new socio-ecological environmental factors that play a role in the critical neurodevelopmental period of children. Identify the impact of 2-3 major socio-ecological factors on clinical behavioral phenotypes and functioning. With this goal in mind, this study will be conducted as an observational study: to analyze and validate the relationship between child and adolescent socio-ecological system factors and behavioral phenotypes of childhood neurodevelopmental disorders and neurodevelopmental endophenotypes based on brain imaging techniques, based on clinical behavior. This study will explore the mechanism of social-ecological system's role on the occurrence, development and transition of neurodevelopmental disorders in children from the new perspective of the mechanism of genetic-ecological system interaction, and provide new ideas, strategies and systems for the prevention and treatment of neurodevelopmental disorders, which will play an important role in reducing the incidence and disability of severe neurodevelopmental disorders.

排除标准:

排除脑损伤、癫痫、脑瘫、听力障碍、视力障碍等;排除唐氏综合征、Rett 综合征、威廉姆斯综合征、脆性X 综合征、特殊语言发育障碍、严重代谢疾病等。

Exclusion criteria:

Exclude brain injury, epilepsy, cerebral palsy, hearing impairment, visual impairment, etc.; exclude Down syndrome, Rett syndrome, Williams syndrome, fragile X syndrome, specific language development disorder, severe metabolic disease, etc.

数据采集和管理(说明:数据采集和管理由两部分组成,一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF),二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC),如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC:

每个病人均有一份病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF),或由照顾者/父母通过微信客户端在线填写腾讯问卷并由研究者导出数据。所有数据均由独立研究人员整理审核后导入RedCap数据管理系统保存。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture:

Each patient has a Case Record Form (CRF) or a Tencent questionnaire completed online by the caregiver/parent via the WeChat client and exported by the investigator. All data are compiled and reviewed by independent researchers and then imported into the RedCap data management system for storage.
