研究目的：

本课题主要研究了老年人群新冠疫苗接种安全性和有效性，并探明其潜在的免疫机制。课题研究成果，将为我国老年人群新冠疫苗接种专家共识的形成提供理论支持。  

Objectives of Study：

This study mainly studied the safety and effectiveness of new crown vaccination in the elderly, and explored its potential immune mechanism. The research results will provide theoretical support for the formation of expert consensus on new crown vaccination for the elderly in China.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.女性尿妊娠试验阳性者，怀孕、在哺乳期的妇女，或在6个月内有怀孕计划的妇女；
2.患有严重慢性疾病或病情处于进展期不能平稳控制，如药物不能控制的糖尿病、哮喘、甲状腺疾病等；
3.患有血小板减少症、出血性疾病或血栓性疾病；
4.患有较严重的心血管疾病，如心律失常、传导阻滞、心肌梗塞、严重高血压且药物无法控制等；
5.患有先天或获得性的血管性水肿/神经性水肿；
6.患有惊厥、癫痫、脑病、其他进行性神经系统疾病和精神疾病史或家族史；
7.患有淋巴瘤、白血病及其他系统恶性肿瘤；
8.患有自身免疫性疾病；
9.晕针者；
10.过去6个月内有过免疫抑制剂治疗、抗过敏治疗、细胞毒性治疗、吸入皮质类固醇（不包括过敏性鼻炎的皮质类固醇喷雾治疗，急性非并发皮炎的表面皮质类固醇治疗）；
11.接受试验疫苗前4个月内接受过血液制品；
12.接受试验疫苗前1个月内接受过其他研究药物；
13.接受试验疫苗前1个月内接受其他品类疫苗；
14.慢性疾病急性发作期或急性传染病及发热者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Women with positive urine pregnancy test, women who are pregnant, breastfeeding, or women who plan to become pregnant within 6 months;
2. Suffering from a serious chronic disease or the disease is in a progressive stage and cannot be controlled smoothly, such as diabetes, asthma, thyroid disease, etc. that cannot be controlled by drugs;
3. Suffering from thrombocytopenia, bleeding disorders or thrombotic disorders;
4. Suffering from more serious cardiovascular diseases, such as arrhythmia, conduction block, myocardial infarction, severe hypertension that cannot be controlled by drugs, etc.;
5. Suffering from congenital or acquired angioedema/neurotic edema;
6. History or family history of convulsions, epilepsy, encephalopathy, other progressive neurological diseases and psychiatric diseases;
7. Suffering from lymphoma, leukemia and other systemic malignant tumors;
8. Suffering from autoimmune diseases;
9. Those with fainting needles;
10. Has received immunosuppressive therapy, antiallergic therapy, cytotoxic therapy, or inhaled corticosteroids in the past 6 months (excluding corticosteroid spray therapy for allergic rhinitis, and surface corticosteroid therapy for acute non-complicated dermatitis);
11. Received blood products within 4 months before receiving the experimental vaccine;
12. Received other research drugs within 1 month before receiving the experimental vaccine;
13. Receive other types of vaccines within 1 month before receiving the experimental vaccine;
14. Patients with acute exacerbation of chronic diseases or acute infectious diseases and fever.
