研究目的：

本研究拟从正常高值血压阶段着手，从体质学说角度出发，以中医治未病理论为指导，研究正常高值血压人群的体质分布规律，探讨肠道菌群与不同体质的高血压前期人群之间的关系，客观的认识高血压前期人群体质的特征及不同体质间的差异，从而建立起中医与现代医学研究之间的桥梁，使中医变得更加客观化、规范和科学，为中医辨证防治提供依据，为干预治疗措施开拓新方向。通过高通量检测技术检测不同体质高血压前期人群中菌群分布差异，就是对这一领域的初步探索，同时也为为运用中医药干预正常高值血压开拓新思路。

Objectives of Study：

This study intends to begin from prehypertensive stage, from the perspective of physique theory, and guided by TCM theory of disease prevention, to study the physical distribution of people with high normal blood pressure, and to explore the intestinal flora and prehypertensive people with different physiques To objectively understand the characteristics of pre-hypertensive groups and the differences between different physiques, so as to establish a bridge between traditional Chinese medicine and modern medical research, make traditional Chinese medicine more objective, standardized and scientific, and differentiate the symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine. Provide basis for prevention and treatment, and open up new directions for intervention and treatment measures. Promote the integration and development of intestinal microecology and traditional Chinese medicine. The use of high-throughput detection technology to detect differences in the distribution of intestinal flora in prehypertensive populations of different constitutions is a preliminary exploration in this field, and it also opens up new ideas for the use of traditional Chinese medicine to intervene in normal high blood pressure.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.严重肝功能障碍，排除急性心肌梗死导致的门冬氨酸氨基转移酶 (AST)升高除外，AST和丙氨酸氨基转移酶（ALT）大于2倍正常上限；严重肾功能不全的的受试者（Cr＞177umol/L/3.0mg/dl）；
2.已接受其他治疗，可能影响本研究指标观测者；
3.合并恶性肿瘤、免疫系统疾病、结缔组织疾病及其他脏器系统严重病变者。
4.妊娠或准备妊娠及哺乳期妇女；
5.法律规定的残疾者及精神异常者。
6.同时服用益生菌及其它肠道微生态制剂者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Severe liver dysfunction, except for the elevation of aspartate aminotransferase (AST) caused by acute myocardial infarction, AST and alanine aminotransferase (ALT) are greater than 2 times the upper limit of normal; severe renal insufficiency Subjects (Cr>177umol/L/3.0mg/dl);
2. Has received other treatments, which may affect the observers of the indicators in this study;
3. Patients with malignant tumors, immune system diseases, connective tissue diseases and other serious diseases of the organ system.
4. Pregnant or planning to become pregnant and lactating women;
5. Persons with disabilities and mental disorders stipulated by law.
6. Those taking probiotics and other intestinal microecological preparations at the same time.
