Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of antibiotic prophylaxis on postoperative complications.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.术前1个月内使用抗生素；
2.术后伴发呼吸道感染、泌尿系感染、胃肠道感染；
3.关节感染病史；
4.局部使用抗生素；
5.二次置换术，翻修手术；
6.合并多种手术。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Use antibiotics within 1 month before surgery;
2. Postoperative complications of respiratory tract infection, urinary tract infection, and gastrointestinal tract infection;
3. History of joint infection;
4. Local use of antibiotics;
5. Secondary replacement surgery, revision surgery;
6. Combine a variety of surgeries.
