研究目的：

针对新冠肺炎恢复期患者提供一套完整的健康监测、风险评估、干预指导为一体的中西医结合健康管理模式，在国内试点后向国外推广，以更好地促进新冠肺炎患者身心康复。  

Objectives of Study：

Provide a set of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine health management model for patients in the recovery period of new coronary pneumonia, which integrates health monitoring, risk assessment, and intervention guidance.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.孕妇或哺乳期妇女；
2.患者有精神异常、有药物滥用或依赖史者；
3.3 个月内参加过其他临床试验者；
4.患有其他疾病正在用药治疗且影响研究观察者；
5.研究者认为其他不适宜参加临床试验者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Pregnant or lactating patients;
2. Patients with mental disorders, history of drug abuse or dependence;
3. Those who have participated in other clinical trials within 3 months;
4. Those who are suffering from other diseases and are being treated with medication and affect the study observer;
5. Others deemed unsuitable to participate in clinical trials by the investigator.

The original records of paper data and related investigation documents are kept in the project filing cabinet of the Department of traditional Chinese Medicine, Union Hospital affiliated to Tongji Medical College, Huazhong University of Science and Technology. The electronic data questionnaire and all the electronic original data are stored in the special hard disk of the project group of the Department of traditional Chinese Medicine, Union Hospital affiliated to Tongji Medical College, Huazhong University of Science and Technology.
