研究目的:

为了进一步发展该技术,使其更简单、易推广、更安全,我们在8年多的临床和基础研究的基础上,创新性地发展了一种个体化、改良的保留喙突弓的弹性固定Latarjet技术。我们假设我们的保留喙尾弓的改良技术: 1.具有同样满意的临床效果; 2.关节盂缺损的个体化重建更符合肩关节的生物力学特点。骨块最终将按照最适圆进行重塑; 3.肩胛下肌腱劈裂损伤小,安全性高。  

Objectives of Study:

In order to further develop this technology, making it simpler, easier to generalize, and safer, we innovatively developed an individualized and improved coracoid arch-preserving elastic fixation on the basis of more than 8 years of clinical and basic research. Latarjet technology. We assume our modified technique of preserving the rostral arch: 1. Have the same satisfactory clinical effect; 2. The individual reconstruction of glenoid defect is more in line with the biomechanical characteristics of the shoulder joint. The bone block will eventually be reshaped according to the optimal circle; 3. The subscapularis tendon split has less damage and high safety.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

1.临床及影像诊断合并肩关节其他疾病,如冻结肩、肩袖损伤、肩关节退变等;
2.存在重要器官疾患基础疾病(包括严重骨质疏松症、重要器官功能不全、结缔组织疾病、神经精神疾患、癫痫等)。

Exclusion criteria:

1. Clinical and imaging diagnosis combined with other diseases of the shoulder joint, such as frozen shoulder, rotator cuff injury, shoulder joint degeneration, etc.;
2. There are underlying diseases of vital organs (including severe osteoporosis, vital organ insufficiency, connective tissue diseases, neuropsychiatric disorders, epilepsy, etc.).
