研究目的：

评价中医药对艾滋病患者HAART后免疫功能重建不全的临床疗效及安全性，选择气虚血瘀证（参灵扶正免煎饮片）及脾肾亏虚证（健艾康免煎饮片），开展“病-证-药-效”研究，为中医药治疗免疫功能重建不全提供循证支持，并初步探讨中医药治疗艾滋病患者HAART后免疫功能重建不全的作用机理。

Objectives of Study：

Evaluation of the clinical efficacy and safety of TCM on immune function reconstruction insufficiency after HAART in HIV/AIDS patients. Select qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome (Shenling Fuzheng prescription of traditional Chinese medicines) and spleen and kidney deficiency syndrome (Jian Ai Kang prescription of traditional Chinese medicines ) to carry out "disease and syndrome - drug effect research", in order to Provide evidence based support for the treatment of immune function reconstruction in TCM. And preliminary study the mechanism of functional reconstruction of immune function insufficiency in AIDS patients with AIDS after HAART treatment.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1 入组前严重的机会性感染未得到控制者（肺孢子菌肺炎、脑膜炎、食道念珠菌感染、淋巴瘤、弓形虫脑病、结核病等）；
2 入组前1月内或正在参加其他药物临床试验的患者；
3 入组前1个月内接受免疫调节剂治疗者；
4 WBC＜2×10^9/L，N＜1.0×10^9/L，Hb＜90g/L，PLT＜75×10^9/L，肝、肾功能不全（AST、ALT、T-BIL≥参考值上限2倍或肌酐检测值≥参考值上限2倍）者；
5 胰腺炎、活动性胃溃疡的患者；
6 临床意义的活动性呼吸系统、消化系统、循环系统、血液系统、神经内分泌系统、泌尿生殖系统疾病；
7 患有自身免疫性疾病者；
8 需要化疗的肿瘤患者；
9 孕妇或哺乳期妇女以及未采用安全避孕措施的育龄妇女；
10 过敏体质者；
11 存在智力或语言障碍，不能充分理解试验内容或给与良好合作的患者；
12 研究者认为不适宜参加试验的其他情况。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Serious opportunistic infection has not been control (pulmonary carinii pneumonia, meningitis, and esophageal candidiasis infection, lymphoma, Toxoplasma encephalopathy, tuberculosis, etc.);
2. Patients who are taking part in clinical trials of other drugs, or the end of the trial did not exceed 1 months;
3. Immunomodulator treatment within 1 months of receiving;
4. WBC＜2×10^9/L N＜1.0×10^9/L Hb＜90g/L PLT＜75×10^9/L,Liver or Renal function sufficiency(AST, ALT, T-BIL more than 2 times the upper limit of the reference value or the reference value of serum creatinine value is more than 2 times the upper limit);
5. Pancreatitis, active gastric ulcer;
6. Clinical significance of active respiratory system, digestive system, circulatory system, blood system, neuroendocrine system, urinary and reproductive system diseases;
7. People with autoimmune diseases;
8. Cancer patients requiring chemotherapy;
9. Women of childbearing age who were pregnant or nursing women and those who did not use safe contraception;
10. Allergic constitution;
11. Mental or language barriers exist, can not fully understand the content of the test or to give good cooperation in patients;
12. Other conditions that the researchers considered unsuitable for the trial.
