研究目的：

探索麻醉是否会对儿童远期认知功能造成影响，比较不同麻醉方式对儿童认知功能的影响，比较对不同年龄层的影响。

Objectives of Study：

To explore whether anesthesia affects long-term cognitive function in children, and compare the effects of different anesthesia methods on children's cognitive function and the effects on different age groups.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 出生史：妊娠龄小于28周、妊娠期曾有麻醉暴露史、难产儿、出生时窒息史、低体重儿、父母为近亲、父母任一方患有精神方面疾病、孕妇酗酒；
2. 喂养史：长期严重营养不良；
3. 生长发育史：患或曾患有其他可能影响认知功能的疾病，如：先天性耳聋、弱视、脑膜炎、免疫疾病、染色体异常；
4. 麻醉史：空白对照组有其他麻醉暴露史。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Gestational age less than 28 weeks, gestational history of anesthesia exposure, refractory infants, history of asphyxia at birth, low birth weight, close relatives of parents, one of the parents suffering from mental diseases, pregnant women drink alcohol;
2. Chronic and severe malnutrition;
3. Has or has had other conditions that may affect cognitive function, such as congenital deafness, amblyopia, meningitis, immune diseases, chromosomal abnormalities;
4. Patients in the control group had other anesthesia exposure history.
