探索与建立一种ICU患者谵妄的预测模型  

Objectives of Study：

explore and build a predictive modle for delirium ICU patients

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

入住ICU时，已经出现谵妄；
无法进行谵妄的评估（如：在ICU住院期间持续昏迷）；
严重的失语症；
严重的精神障碍；

Exclusion criteria：

1. patients are already delirium when admitted to ICU;
2. can not be evaluated for delirium;
3. Severe aphasia;
4. Serious mental disorders.
