研究目的：

研究益生菌与高血压的相关性。通过比较干预和疾病自然进展过程中肠道菌群变化之间的差异，找到益生菌对盐敏性高血压影响的机制，为建立预防和治疗盐敏性高血压的靶向性干预方案提供依据。  

Objectives of Study：

To study the association of probiotics with hypertension. By comparing the differences between the changes in the gut microbiota during the intervention and the natural progression of the disease, the mechanism of the effect of probiotics on salt-sensitive hypertension was found, and the basis for the establishment of targeted intervention programs for the prevention and treatment of salt-sensitive hypertension was provided.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.已知或疑似为继发性高血压；
2.收缩压/舒张压≥160/100 mmHg，并且需要药物治疗缓解症状;
3.患有严重的慢性疾病（包括心力衰竭、肾功能衰竭、肺病、风湿、中风、慢性癌症等疾病或血液病等）；
4.患有严重心脑血管疾病及相关手术史；
5.经历过胆囊切除、肠切除或胃切除手术；
6.恶性肿瘤；
7.妊娠期妇女；
8.药物使用过敏者；
9.研究者认为不适合入组者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Known or suspected secondary hypertension;
2. Clinical blood pressure 120 mmHg <= SBP and/or DBP >= 80 mmHg that needs to take medicine;
3. Suffering from serious chronic diseases (including heart failure, renal failure, lung disease, rheumatism, stroke, chronic cancer and other diseases or blood diseases, etc.);
4. Suffering from severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases and related surgical history;
5. Experienced cholecystectomy, intestinal resection or gastrectomy;
6. Malignant tumor;
7. Pregnant patients;
8. Those who are allergic to drugs;
9. Those who are deemed unsuitable for inclusion by the researcher.
