研究目的：

本研究的主要目的是评估心电图中各类参数及参数组合的预后价值，通过分析同一受试者既往心电图和近期心电图的动态变化来预测未来心律失常的发生。该研究的结论及算法可以使未来的心电软件能够识别和报告这些变化，为具有心律失常风险的人群提供预警信息。 获取患者心电原始数据及临床脱敏信息，构建多维度研究数据库；构建AI辅助心电图P波数据判读预测房性心律失常发证的模型；开发基于AI辅助心电图QRS波判读预测室性心律失常发作的临床预警系统，对体检人群进行心律失常的个体化管理，进一步完善心律失常预警的管理策略。  

Objectives of Study：

The main purpose of this study was to evaluate the prognostic value of various ECG parameters and their combination in order to predict the occurrence of future arrhythmias by analyzing the dynamic changes of the previous and recent ECG of the same subject. The findings and algorithms from this study could enable future ECG software to recognize and report these changes, providing an early warning for people at risk for arrhythmias. The original ECG data and clinical desensitization information of patients were obtained to construct a multi-dimensional research database. A model of AI-assisted ECG P-wave data interpretation to predict the onset of atrial arrhythmia was established. To develop a clinical early warning system based on AI-assisted ECG QRS interpretation to predict the onset of ventricular arrhythmias, to conduct individualized management of arrhythmias in the physical examination population, and to further improve the management strategy of arrhythmia warning.
