研究目的：

本课题是基于线粒体的质量控制对推拿治疗中风后认知功能障碍的作用机制进行探究，验证“推拿通过促进线粒体的生物发生因子的表达，调节神经可塑性，从而改善中风后神经损伤导致的认知功能障碍”的治疗机制假说。  

Objectives of Study：

This topic is based on the quality control of mitochondria to explore the mechanism of massage therapy for cognitive dysfunction after stroke, and to validate the therapeutic mechanism hypothesis that ''Tuina improves the cognitive dysfunction caused by nerve injury after stroke by promoting the expression of mitochondrial biogenesis factors and regulating neural plasticity''.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.脑梗死病程小于14天或大于6个月者；
2.家属诉患者脑梗死前认知下降，或其他原因引起的认知功能障碍；
3.基本信息，临床资料不完整者，不符合量表的评分要求；
4.存在心力衰竭、帕金森氏病、老年性痴呆、卒中后痴呆、癌症、危重疾病状态等；
5.由于昏迷，精神障碍等原因及不能配合的病人；
6.患有干扰认知功能评价的某些疾病，包括脑外伤以及精神疾病；
7.筛选前服用过改善认知功能药物者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. The course of cerebral infarction is less than 14 days or more than 6 months;
2. Family members complain of cognitive decline before cerebral infarction, or cognitive dysfunction caused by other reasons;
3. Basic information and incomplete clinical data do not meet the scoring requirements of the scale;
4. There is heart failure, Parkinson's disease, senile dementia, post-stroke dementia, cancer, critical illness, etc.;
5. Patients who cannot cooperate due to coma, mental disorder, etc.;
6. Suffering from certain diseases that interfere with the evaluation of cognitive function, including traumatic brain injury and mental illness;
7. Those who have taken cognitive function-improving drugs before screening.
