研究目的：

应用神经导航下的重复经颅磁刺激治疗血管性帕金森综合征伴抑郁患者，结合患者个体的头颅影像数据重建头模，个体化、精确化地定位刺激靶位点，让rTMS治疗血管性帕金森综合征伴抑郁患者的治疗变得更加精确且有效，为其在临床及科研上的进一步研究提供新途径。

Objectives of Study：

Repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation under neuronavigation is used to treat patients with vascular Parkinsonism with depression, the patients individual head imaging data is used to reconstruct the head model, individually and accurately locate the stimulation target site, so that rTMS can treat vascular parkinsonism with depression more precisely and effectively and provide a new way for its further research in clinical and scientific research.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.毒素、药物等引起的继发性帕金森综合征；
2.严重持续性头部震颤的患者；
3.严重听力下降、视力下降、重度语言障碍等不能配合神经心理学评估者；
4.其他严重神经/精神疾病及其他严重器质性疾病者；
5.有rTMS使用禁忌证；
6.有磁共振扫描的禁忌证（包括金属植入物、牵引器、牙套或者有幽闭恐惧症等）。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Secondary Parkinson's syndrome caused by toxins and drugs;
2. Patients with severe persistent head tremor;
3. People with severe hearing loss, vision loss, severe language impairment, etc. who cannot cooperate with neuropsychological assessment;
4. People with other serious neurological/mental diseases and other serious organic diseases;
5. There are contraindications to the use of rTMS ;
6. There are contraindications for MRI scans (including metal implants, retractors, braces, or claustrophobia, etc).
