研究目的：

为了探讨卒中急救地图是否提高中国缺血性脑卒中救治效率，包括减少院前院内延误、提高急性期溶栓率等，把即将发布卒中急救地图的城市随机分为3组，连续性登记拟进入地图医院的所有缺血性脑卒中患者，登记于国家脑防委数据库中。首先收集发布地图前4-6个月及1-3个月的城市和患者基线资料，随后完成为期2年的随访，收集相关资料，绘制延误改善、溶栓率改变、3个月mRS评分改善等的趋势曲线并作统计学分析。  

Objectives of Study：

In order to explore whether stroke emergency maps can improve the efficiency of treatment of ischemic stroke in China, including reducing pre-hospital delays and increasing the acute thrombolysis rate, the cities that will release stroke emergency maps are randomly divided into 3 groups, and continuous registration is planned to enter all patients with ischemic stroke in Map Hospital are registered in the database of the National Brain Defense Commission.First, collect baseline data of cities and patients 4-6 months and 1-3 months before the release of the map, and then complete a 2-year follow-up, collect relevant data, map delay improvement, thrombolysis rate change, and 3-month mRS score improvement and make statistical analysis.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.短暂性脑缺血发作；
2.院内卒中；
3.血管成形术/血管外科手术导致的缺血性卒中；
4.瘤卒中；
5.颅内静脉系统血栓；
6.需转院行急诊介入桥接治疗的患者；
7.预期寿命小于3个月的患者或因其他原因无法完成该研究的患者；
8.因精神疾患、认知或情绪障碍无法理解和/或服从研究程序和/或随访；
9.未签署知情同意书。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Transient ischemic attack;
2. In-hospital stroke;
3. Ischemic stroke caused by angioplasty/vascular surgery;
4. Tumor stroke;
5. Intracranial venous system thrombosis;
6. Patients who need to be transferred for emergency interventional bridging treatment;
7. Patients with life expectancy less than 3 months or patients who cannot complete the study for other reasons;
8. Inability to understand and/or comply with research procedures and/or follow-up due to mental illness, cognitive or emotional impairment;
9. No informed consent was signed.
