研究目的：

本研究主要目的是结合数字化修复方式比较不同全瓷材料一体冠修复缺失牙的美学效果，并在随访后再评估不同全瓷材料的长期随访临床效果。  

Objectives of Study：

The main purpose of this study is to compare the aesthetic effect of different ceramic materials in the restoration of implant teeth, and to evaluate their the long-term effects.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.重度吸烟者（> 10支/天）；
2.身体患有疾病的患者（美国麻醉医师协会分类III-IV）；
3.种植体的三维位置不正确（ITI VOL1定义）；
4.未受控制的系统性疾病如冠心病或糖尿病患者；
5.不愿意参与本研究者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Heavy smoker (>10 cigarettes);
2. Patients with physical diseases (ASA classification III-IV);
3. Incorrect three-dimensional position of implant (ITI Vol1 definition);
4. Uncontrolled systematic disease, such as coronary disease or diabetes;
5. Unwilling to participate.
