研究目的：

1.制定以家庭为中心的个性化生活方式干预管理模式。 2.探讨该模式对GDM孕妇的孕期生活方式调整后坚持运动的自我效能感、血糖控制水平以及剖宫产率和母婴并发症减少率等分娩结局情况的影响。 3.为现有健康宣教模式的改进提供理论与实践依据。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Develop family-centered personalized lifestyle intervention management mode. 2. To explore the influence of this mode on the self-efficacy of GDM pregnant women who adhere to exercise after lifestyle adjustment during pregnancy, blood glucose control level, cesarean section rate and the reduction rate of maternal and infant complications and other childbirth outcomes. 3. To provide theoretical and practical basis for the improvement of the existing health education model.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.身体活动受限者；
2.患有以下疾病：宫颈机能不全，早产史，胎盘前置，胎膜早破，及其他原因医生不建议运动者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with limited physical activity;
2. Suffering from the following diseases: cervical insufficiency, history of premature birth, placenta previa, premature rupture of membranes, and other reasons doctors do not recommend exercise.

选取2021年7月至2021年12月在同济大学附属第一妇婴保健院接受日常产检、分娩、自愿加入本研究并符合纳入标准的GDM孕妇家庭作为研究对象。根据方便抽样原则，以诊断时间作为配伍因素，将纳入研究的前120例GDM孕妇家庭作为对照组，将后纳入研究的120例GDM孕妇家庭作为干预组。

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

原始数据包括元数据和病记录表的记录数据，转录到CRF表里。数据保存和管理使用ResMan的EDC系统。
