研究目的：

比较不同比重的局麻药对运动神经阻滞的半数有效剂量的影响  

Objectives of Study：

To study the effect of baricity of local anesthetic on the median effective dose for motor block

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

1、轻比重布比卡因（0.5% 布比卡因溶液）； 2、重比重布比卡因溶液（0.75%布比卡因溶液2ml+10%葡萄糖溶液1ml混合） 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

1. 0.5% plain bupivacaine; 2. 0.5% hyperbaric bupivacaine (0.75% bupivacaine 2 ml plus 10% glucose 1 ml) 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

a、精神病、严重神经官能症等不能合作的病人； b、严重低血容量的病人。 c、凝血功能异常的病人。 d、穿刺部位有感染的病人。 e、神经肌肉疾病； f、脊椎外伤或有严重腰背痛病史者，禁用脊麻。 g、对酰胺类药物过敏者； h、腰腿痛者；

Exclusion criteria：

The exclusion criteria included patients with diabetes, obesity, bleeding diathesis, hypersensitivity to amide local anesthetics, neuromuscular disease, lumbar vertebrae abnormality, or who were pregnant.
