研究目的：

1.早产儿纵向的脑网络功能成像的轨迹。早产儿在宫外发育至胎龄矫正至足月时，脑网络功能是否能追赶上正常足月儿。早产儿在宫外发育至矫正胎龄至足月时，脑网络功能与正常足月儿之间的差异，探讨宫外环境对新生儿脑网络功能的影响； 2.研究小于胎龄儿、适于胎龄儿、大于胎龄儿之间脑功能的差异； 3.研究脑损伤新生儿的脑网络功能。

Objectives of Study：

1. Longitudinal brain network functional imaging trajectories in preterm infants. Whether the brain network function can catch up with normal term infants when preterm infants develop extrauterine to gestational age corrected to term. Differences in brain network function between preterm infants from extrauterine development to corrected gestational age to term and normal term infants, and to explore the influence of extrauterine environment on neonatal brain network function; 2. To study the differences in brain function between small-for-gestational-age infants, suitable for gestational-age infants, and large-for-gestational-age infants; 3. To study the brain network function of neonates with brain injury.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

1. The neonates admitted to the neonatal ward of Peking University First Hospital were divided into 4 groups: A preterm group: 32-36 weeks premature infants, a total of 50 cases; B development group: 50 full-term small-for-gestational age infants Cases, 50 large-for-gestational-age infants; C brain injury group: 50 full-term neonates with clear brain injury; D control group: 100 full-term infants suitable for gestational age;
2. Inclusion criteria for ABD neonates: comprehensive clinical manifestations, physical examination, cranial imaging tests, no evidence of brain injury;
3.C Inclusion criteria for neonates: According to the comprehensive diagnosis of clinical symptoms, signs, cranial imaging (ultrasound, MRI), EEG, etc., including: moderate-severe neonatal hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy, 3- Grade 4 intracranial hemorrhage, perinatal stroke, bilirubin encephalopathy, neonatal bacterial meningitis, metabolic encephalopathy, etc. Taking the common clinical hypoxic-ischemic brain injury as an example, the acute phase occurs within 72 hours after birth, and the clinical manifestations are changes in consciousness, muscle tone, and primitive reflexes, which may be accompanied by convulsions, and the EEG manifests as background activity. Abnormal, brain imaging showed diffuse cerebral edema.

排除标准：

1.在近红外光谱数据采集过程中，被试哭闹难以安抚，使采集不能完成者。
2.被试新生儿存在头颅血肿。
3.家属拒绝参与研究。

Exclusion criteria：

1. In the process of near-infrared spectral data acquisition, the subjects were crying and difficult to appease, making the acquisition impossible.
2. The tested neonates had head hematoma.
3. Family members refuse to participate in the research.
