研究目的：

主要目的：通过对行改良线袢法Latarjet术后3年患者进行临床一般资料，国际肩关节功能评分及ct影像学扫描移植骨块位置、大小、吸收、塑形情况随访，明确骨块吸收、塑形与临床结局之间的相关性。  

Objectives of Study：

Main purpose: According to the clinical general data of patients after three years of Latarjet operation with modified suture button Latarjet, including the international shoulder joint function score and the follow-up of the position, size, absorption and remodeling of the transplanted bone mass by ct imaging scanning, the correlation between bone mass absorption, remodeling and clinical outcome was clarified.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.影像数据模糊难以建模；
2.随访时间不足；
3.合并肩关节其他疾病，如冻结肩等；
4.翻修患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. The image data is fuzzy and difficult to model;
2. Insufficient follow-up time;
3. Combined with other diseases of the shoulder joint, such as frozen shoulder, etc.;
4. Revision patients.
