研究目的：

观察真埋线相对于假埋线和等待治疗以及埋线不同组穴对腹型肥胖患者大脑功能活动的差异。  

Objectives of Study：

To observe the differences in brain function between the acupoint catgut embedding (ACE) treatment and sham ACE, the waiting-list, as well as different acupoints in ACE to abdominal obesity patients.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.继发性肥胖症，如: 因内分泌疾病（库欣综合征、甲状腺疾病、下丘脑、垂体疾病、生殖腺疾病等）或药物治疗（糖皮质激素、抗精神病药物）引起的肥胖；
2.妊娠和哺乳期妇女，近6个月内有生育要求或不能充分避孕者；
3.合并有精神智能障碍、心血管疾病、肝肾功能损害、免疫缺陷、糖尿病、血液病者；
4.有磁共振扫描禁忌者，如安装有不可拆卸的金属假牙、有幽闭恐惧综合征等；
5.曾有肥胖症的手术治疗史；
6.长期痛经患者；
7.有出血倾向，对酒精、动物蛋白过敏而不能埋线者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Secondary obesity, such as: obesity caused by endocrine diseases (Cushing's syndrome, thyroid disease, hypothalamus, pituitary disease, gonadal disease, etc.) or drug treatment (glucocorticoids, antipsychotics);
2. Pregnant and lactating patients, those who have reproductive requirements within the past 6 months or who cannot adequately contraceptive;
3. Combined with mental and intellectual disorders, cardiovascular disease, liver and kidney dysfunction, immune deficiency, diabetes, and blood diseases;
4. Those with contraindications to magnetic resonance scanning, such as non-removable metal dentures, claustrophobia syndrome, etc.;
5. Have a history of surgical treatment of obesity;
6. Patients with long-term dysmenorrhea;
7. Those who have a tendency to bleed, are allergic to alcohol and animal protein and cannot bury the thread.
