研究目的：

这项研究旨在通过偏头痛少阳经穴巨刺与患侧刺、假巨刺相比，分析治疗前后功能性磁共振成像（fMRI）下偏头痛PAG自身及与外部镇痛网络结构和功能连接信息与临床指标关联变化，探索巨刺少阳经穴对偏头痛 PAG 功能网络整合的“和调”机制。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to explore the "Harmony" mechanism of the integration of the periaqueductal gray (PAG) functional network in migraine by opposing needling at Shaoyang acupoints compared with ipsilateral needling and sham opposing needling, with analysing the correlative changes in the structural and functional connection information and clinical indicators of migrains PAG internal and external analgesia network on functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI) before and after treatment.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.偏头痛
符合下列任何标准的患者将被排除在外：
（1）双侧或交替单侧偏头痛患者，或伴有其他慢性疼痛患者（如痛经、慢性腰背痛等）；
（2）其他类型头痛或者诊断不明的头痛患者；
（3）严重器官、躯体疾病者；
（4）伴有严重焦虑、抑郁、失眠等精神类疾病者；
（5）妊娠和哺乳期妇女，或近 1 年内有生育需求的妇女；
（6）大脑有明确器质性病变或者头颅结构左右严重不对称者；
（7）磁共振禁忌患者（如体内金属异物、血管支架、心脏起搏器、假牙、幽闭恐惧症等）；
（8）目前正服用镇痛药物及精神类药物依赖症者；
（9）变性人、同性恋、性取向异常、特殊癖好者、酒精成瘾者等特殊人群。
（10）3 个月内参加过类似研究。
2.健康受试者
（1）伴有心、脑、肝、肾等重要脏器有严重疾病；
（2）精神或躯体上有残疾者；
（3）怀疑或确有酒精、药物滥用病史者；
（4）磁共振禁忌者（如体内金属异物、血管支架、心脏起搏器、假牙、幽闭恐惧症等）；
（5）妇女妊娠、哺乳期。
（满足任意1条即排除）

Exclusion criteria：

1. Migraine
Patients matching any of the following criteria will be excluded:
(1) Patients with bilateral or alternating unilateral migraine, or with other chronic pain (e.g., dysmenorrhoea, chronic low back pain, etc.);
(2) Patients with other types of headaches or headaches of unknown diagnosis;
(3) Patients with severe organ or body diseases;
(4) Those with severe anxiety, depression, insomnia and other psychiatric disorders;
(5) Pregnant and lactating women, or those who have the need to have children within the last year;
(6) Patients with definite organic lesions of the brain or significant asymmetry between the right and left side of the skull;
(7) Patients with conditions contraindicating MRI (e.g., metallic foreign bodies, vascular stents, pacemakers, dentures, claustrophobia, etc.);
(8) Patients who are currently taking analgesics and psychotropic drug dependence;
(9) People with special needs such as transgender, homosexual, abnormal sexual orientation, special fetishes, alcohol addiction, etc.;
(10) Have participated in a similar study within the last 3 months.
2. Healthy subjects
(1) Accompanied by serious diseases of the heart, brain, liver, kidney and other important organs;
(2) With mental or physical disabilities;
(3) Suspected or true history of alcohol or drug abuse
(4) With conditions contraindicating MRI (e.g. metallic foreign bodies, vascular stents, pacemakers, dentures, claustrophobia, etc.);
(5) Women are pregnant and lactating.
(Any one item is excluded)
