Objectives of Study：

To observe the prognostic value of left atrial function index in patients with acute myocardial infarction

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）心律不齐
（2）左室流出道狭窄或梗阻
（3）合并中度及以上二尖瓣反流
（4）正在接受机械辅助装置以改善血流动力学者，如行IABP（和）或ECMO
（5）超声图像质量欠佳，影响LAFI分析
（6）同时参与其他临床试验或不愿意签署同意书

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Arrhythmia;
(2) Stenosis or obstruction of left ventricular outflow tract;
(3) Moderate or above degree mitral regurgitation;
(4) Mechanical assistive devices are being used to improve hemodynamics, such as IABP (and) or ECMO;
(5) The poor quality of ultrasound image affects the analysis of Lafi;
(6) At the same time participate in other clinical trials or unwilling to sign consent.
