研究目的：

开展重症炎症性肠病大样本队列研究，建立生物样本库，筛选早期预测、发生发展及不良预后的指标并建立预警体系，开展指导重症营养支持研究；建立药物或其他相关治疗的科学评价体系与临床决策辅助系统，开展多中心研究并筛选适宜技术向各级别医院推广。  

Objectives of Study：

Carry out large-sample cohort studies on severe inflammatory bowel disease, establish biological sample banks, screen indicators for early prediction, occurrence and development, and poor prognosis, establish an early warning system, and conduct research to guide nutrition support for severe inflammatory bowel disease; establish a scientific evaluation system for drugs or other related treatments and Clinical decision-making assistance system, carry out multi-center research and select appropriate technologies to promote to hospitals at all levels.
