研究目的：

建立儿童脓毒症的大数据平台和数据库，从遗传背景、临床变量和转录组水平三个层面筛选可能与严重感染所致脓毒症易患性和发生相关的预警指标，构建严重感染脓毒症早期预警模型；研发满足脓毒症临床检测需求的新技术，设计脓毒症病原体多重检测技术试剂盒，实现脓毒症病原体早期、快速、广谱、精准检测；系统开展针对儿童脓毒症的个体化治疗，建立评估体系。  

Objectives of Study：

The big data platform and database of childhood sepsis were established, and the early warning indicators that might be related to the susceptibility and occurrence of sepsis caused by severe infection were screened from the three aspects of genetic background, clinical variables and transcriptome level, and the early warning model of severe infection sepsis was constructed. Developed new technologies to meet the clinical detection needs of sepsis, designed multiple detection technology kits for sepsis pathogens, and realized early, rapid, broad-spectrum and accurate detection of sepsis pathogens; Systematically carry out individualized treatment for children with sepsis and establish an evaluation system.
