研究目的：

采用飞行时间质谱MassArray技术进行非结核分支杆菌（NTM）菌种鉴定和药敏检验，与实验室常规的菌种鉴定和药敏试验方法对比，验证飞行时间质谱MassArray的灵敏度、特异度、阳性预测值、阴性预测值，分析MassArray和其它方法的检测结果之间的等效性和差异。  

Objectives of Study：

The identification and drug susceptibility testing of non-tuberculous mycobacteria (NTM) were performed using time-of-flight mass spectrometry MassArray technology. Compared with the routine bacterial species identification and drug susceptibility testing methods in the laboratory, to verify the sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value, and negative predictive value of time-of-flight mass spectrometry MassArray, and to analyze the equivalence and difference between the detection results of MassArray and other methods.
