研究目的：

主要目的：拟采用认知行为疗法（CBT）为方法学的GDM CCBT，在现有临床常规护理的基础上，观察GDM CCBT用于妊娠糖尿病患者血糖管理的有效性和安全性，包括对妊娠血糖管理的自我效能、血糖达标水平、药物剂量以及对妊娠相关结局等影响。

Objectives of Study：

Main purpose: It is proposed to adopt cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) as the methodology of GDM CCBT. Based on the existing clinical routine care, observe the effectiveness and safety of GDM CCBT for blood glucose management in patients with gestational diabetes, including self-management of pregnancy blood glucose. Efficacy, blood glucose level, drug dosage, and effects on pregnancy-related outcomes.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.既往已明确诊断糖尿病者；
2.既往妊娠中确诊过GDM者；
3.有理解能力障碍或严重精神疾病史者；
4.研究者认为不合适纳入试验者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with previous confirmed diagnosis of diabetes;
2. Patients diagnosed with GDM in previous pregnancies;
3. People with comprehension disorders or a history of serious mental illness;
4. The investigator considers it inappropriate to be included.
