研究目的：

了解目前微创手术条件下，上尿路尿路上皮癌根治术后肾功能损害的危险因素，建立患者肾功能状态的评估以及术后肾功能不全的预测模型，提前筛选术后无法进行含铂化疗方案的患者以及评价急性肾功能损伤（AKI）对患者预后的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

investigate the association between AKI and perioperative outcomes as well as CKD progression after minimally invasive radical nephroureterectomy. create a model predicting renal function decline after minimally invasive radical nephroureterectomy.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

a)术前无远处转移；
b) 非孤立肾患者；
c) 候选预测因素无数据缺失

Exclusion criteria：

1. preoperative metastatic diseases;
2. anatomically single kidney;
3. missing data in predictors.
