研究目的：

本实验拟通过队列研究探讨抗真菌治疗在GM检测阳性的BAF患者中的临床疗效，旨在为进一步防治BAF提供临床依据。  

Objectives of Study：

This experiment intends to explore the clinical efficacy of antifungal therapy in BAF patients with positive GM detection through a cohort study, in order to provide a clinical basis for further prevention and treatment of BAF.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

将GM试验阳性的BAF患者随机分为对照组及实验组，对照组口服安慰剂，实验组口服伊曲康唑0.2g，每日一次，连续3月。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

BAF patients with a positive GM test were randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group. The control group was given a placebo and the experimental group was given itraconazole 0.2g once a day for 3 months.  

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.合并中重度慢性阻塞性肺病；
2.入院后使用半合成青霉素者；
3.使用大剂量激素治疗者；
4.合并严重肝肾功能不全。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Combined with moderate to severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease;
2. Those who use semi-synthetic penicillin after admission;
3. Those who use high-dose hormone therapy;
4. Combined with severe liver and kidney insufficiency.
