Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1，1型糖尿病；
2，孕妇；
3，心衰/肝肾功能不全;
4, 参加其它研究。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Type 1 diabetes;
2. Pregant;
3. Heart failure,liver or renal dysfunction
4. joining other trial.
