研究目的：

研究TMS激活感觉运动网络改善脑卒中后执行功能障碍的作用与机制,为TMS干预脑卒中后执行功能障碍提供新的理论依据和治疗靶点。  

Objectives of Study：

To study the effect and mechanism of TMS activating sensorimotor network to improve post-stroke executive dysfunction, and to provide a new theoretical basis and therapeutic target for TMS intervention of post-stroke executive dysfunction.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.体内存在金属内置物（如心脏起搏器，静脉支架，人工耳蜗、无法取下的金属假牙等）；
2.合并有严重心肺疾患及多脏器功能衰竭、脑肿瘤、严重精神疾患等；
3.癫痫发作史或家族史，完全性失语；
4.严重视力和听力障碍，如色盲、耳聋等。

Exclusion criteria：

1. There are metal implants in the body (such as pacemakers, venous stents, cochlear implants, metal dentures that cannot be removed, etc.);
2. Combined with severe heart and lung disease, multiple organ failure, brain tumor, severe mental illness, etc.;
3. History or family history of epileptic seizures, complete aphasia;
4. Severe visual and hearing impairments, such as color blindness, deafness, etc.

The study was a single-blind (evaluator) randomized controlled study in which the intervention and evaluation were performed by two independent rehabilitation technicians who were unaware of the subjects' grouping and specific interventions.
