研究目的：

本研究拟基于脑血管自主调节功能、神经血管单元功能、慢性炎症、肢体运动的作用深入探讨肾移植对ESRD认知功能的影响及潜在机制，肾移植对脑血管自主调节功能、神经血管单元及认知功能的改变可能存在因果关系。有望提供ESRD患者认知功能障碍早期干预指标，在人类供体器官严重短缺的情况下，尽早识别、延缓或者逆转ESRD认知功能下降进程，更合理应用供体器官，提高患者生活质量、减轻家庭负担和降低医疗成本具有重要意义。  

Objectives of Study：

This study was designed to in-depth explore the effects and potential mechanisms of kidney transplantation on ESRD cognitive function based on the effects of cerebrovascular autonomic regulation, neurovascular unit function, chronic inflammation and limb movement. There may be a causal relationship between kidney transplantation and the changes of cerebrovascular autonomic regulation, neurovascular unit and cognitive function. It is expected to provide early intervention indicators for cognitive dysfunction in ESRD patients. In the case of severe shortage of human donor organs, it is of great significance to identify, delay or reverse the decline in cognitive function of ESRD as soon as possible, apply donor organs more rationally, improve the quality of life of patients, and reduce the family burden and medical cost.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.不能配合认知测评；
2.经颅多普勒超声检查无颞窗；
3.入组前有卒中样发作，合并严重的糖尿病、肝功能不全等影响认知功能的疾病；
4.活动性癫痫发作或当前使用的抗精神病药或抗癫痫药；
5.MRI禁忌症（包括幽闭恐惧症）。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Cannot cooperate with cognitive assessment;
2. Transcranial Doppler ultrasonography has no temporal window;
3. Have stroke-like attacks before enrollment, combined with severe diabetes, liver insufficiency and other diseases that affect cognitive function;
4. Active seizures or current use of antipsychotic or antiepileptic drugs;
5. MRI contraindications (including claustrophobia).
