研究目的：

主要目的：探讨注射用甲苯磺酸瑞马唑仑用于老年人全麻诱导ED95剂量探索。  

Objectives of Study：

Main purpose: To Explore the 95% Effective Dose of Remimazolam Tosilate for Induction of General Anesthesia in Elderly Patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.急诊手术；
2.肾功能异常（尿素氮≥1.5×ULN，血肌酐大于正常值上限）；
3.低血容量、休克或者昏迷状态；
4.未控制好的高血压病（收缩压>160mmHg，舒张压>90mmHg）患有精神系统疾病及长期服用精神类药物史；冠心病；
5.脑血管疾病；
6.严重心律失常；
7.认知功能障碍者；
8.对苯二氮卓类药物其药物组分过敏或有禁忌者；
9.妊娠或哺乳期女性患者；
10.有药物依赖史；
11.近一周使用过其他镇静药物；
12.近3个月内作为受试者参加过药物临床试验。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Emergency surgery;
2. Abnormal renal function (urea nitrogen >=1.5xULN, serum creatinine greater than the upper limit of normal);
3. Hypovolemia, shock or coma;
4. Uncontrolled hypertension (systolic blood pressure>160mmHg, diastolic blood pressure>90mmHg), suffering from mental system disease and long-term history of taking psychotropic drugs; coronary heart disease;
5. Cerebrovascular disease;
6. Severe arrhythmia;
7. Cognitive dysfunction;
8. Those who are allergic to or have contraindications to the components of benzodiazepines;
9. Pregnant or lactating female patients;
10. Have a history of drug dependence;
11. Have used other sedative drugs in the past week;
12. Participated in drug clinical trials as subjects within the past 3 months.
