明确重型再障在发病时及治疗过程中证候的演变，以及治疗采取的具体方案（中西医具体治疗原则及用药）。  

Objectives of Study：

To elucidate the TCM Syndrome evolution throughout the duration of SAA. To document the specific regimens adopted in managing SAA, including the treatment principles and medications of both Traditional Chinese Medicine and western medicine.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

① 排除其他引起全血细胞减少的其他疾病，如阵发性睡眠性血红蛋白尿症、骨髓增生异常综合征、急性造血功能停滞、骨髓纤维化等；
② 参与其它干预性临床研究的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. pancytopenia attributing to other disorders, such as paroxysmal nocturnal hemoglobinuria, myelodysplastic syndrome, acute arrest of hemopoiesis, myelofibrosis and etc.;
2. patients already enrolled in other interventional studies.
