1.观察脑卒中患者膈肌运动改变。 2.研究心肺康复治疗技术对脑卒中患者膈肌功能影响。 3.观察康复治疗干预对脑卒中患者呼吸系统并发症的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To observe the changes of diaphragm movement in stroke patients. 2. To study the effect of cardiopulmonary rehabilitation therapy on diaphragm function in stroke patients. 3. To observe the effect of rehabilitation intervention on respiratory complications in stroke patients.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.慢性肺疾病或周围神经肌肉疾病史；胸部骨折、皮肤破损等不适合手法治疗疾病；
2.有心脏起搏器或胸部头部有植入金属。

Exclusion criteria：

1. History of chronic lung disease or peripheral neuromuscular disease; chest fractures, skin damage, etc. are not suitable for manual treatment of diseases;
2. Have a pacemaker or have metal implants in the head of the chest.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

（1）研究人员将收集到的临床资料和数据记录到为本研究专门数据统计表上。所有数据均用黑色中性笔来记录，并且所有记录将由主要研究者进行核查其是否完整，并由他/她签字。所有数据不允许涂改。研究过程中，研究负责人将委任专门的监查员定期核查研究数据。目的是核查记录于病例报告表和随访记录表上的数据的完整性和可靠性，主要研究者的责任在于及时地发现任何数据错误和/或遗漏，并提请研究者注意。研究者将配合这些监查过程，在监查员核查时确保提供病例报告表和其他必要的文件，并对监查员所提出的任何注意事项给予足够的重视。监查员的职责在于对照原始记录中的数据来核查病例报告表上的所有数据，研究者在监查员核查时要给予配合，并提供所有必要的原始记录。所有原始资料、病例报告表复印件及病例报告表需由研究者或研究医院保管，从研究结束算起至少5年。（2）电子采集和管理系统。
