研究目的：

侵袭性牙周炎发病早，进展快，患者多在年轻时就出现牙齿的松动和脱落，基础治疗是侵袭性牙周炎治疗的第一步，多数文献支持侵袭性牙周炎患者在基础治疗过程中辅助使用抗生素。本研究旨在探讨广泛型侵袭性牙周炎患者基础治疗过程中辅助口服阿莫西林胶囊和甲硝唑的疗效，及不同时机口服抗生素对治疗效果的影响。

Objectives of Study：

The aim of this study is to investigate the effect of adjunctive Amoxicillin and Metronidazole during non-surgical periodontal treatment of patients with generalized aggressive periodontitis, and the variance of treatment outcome of taking antibiotics at differenttime during non-surgical periodontal treatment.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）吸烟者；
（2）诊断为慢性牙周炎者
（3）存在心血管、内分泌等系统性疾病，怀孕期或哺乳期妇女；
（4）对青霉素或甲硝唑过敏者；
（5）近6个月进行过牙周治疗，近3个月服用过药物（包括口服避孕药）；
（6）曾有正畸治疗史或者明显的错牙合畸形

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Current or previous smoker;
(2) A diagnosis of chronic periodontitis;
(3) The presence of systemic disease or pregnant;
(4) Drug allergy to penicillin or MET;
(5) History of periodontal therapy or antimicrobial therapy within 6 months, or usage of any medication (including oral contraceptive drugs) within 3 months;
(6) History of orthodontic treatment or noteworthy occlusal disharmony.

干预措施：	牙周基础治疗，包括口腔卫生指导,全口龈上洁治,分次的龈下刮治及根面平整, 根据随机分组情况分为安慰剂组、最后一次刮治后口服阿莫西林+甲硝唑,洁治后口服阿莫西林+甲硝唑	干预措施代码：
Intervention：	Non-surgical periodontal treatment, including oral hygiene instruction, supragingival scaling, and quardrant-based subgingival scaling and root planing under local anesthesia. Patients in three groups treated by Amoxicillin (0.5g, tid) + metronidazole (0.2g, tid) after versus before scaling for 7 days, and versus placebo	Intervention code：
