研究目的：

目的是对不同程度青少年近视黄斑区形态以及毛细血管层的血流灌注进行评估和量化，探究近视发展过程中眼轴与OCTA中多个检测指标之间的关系。因此，我们拟通过该项研究，希望能够了解视网膜微结构在青少年近视发展中的变化及与眼轴长度的相关性，以及是否存在可预测的风险因子。为降低今后的的发病率及诊疗提供理论依据。  

Objectives of Study：

The objective was to evaluate and quantify the morphology of macular area and blood perfusion of capillary layer in adolescents with different degrees of myopia, and to explore the relationship between ocular axis and OCTA indicators during the development of myopia. Therefore, through this study, we hope to understand the changes in retinal microstructure during the development of myopia in adolescents and its correlation with axial length, as well as whether there are predictable risk factors. To provide theoretical basis for reducing the morbidity and diagnosis in the future.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.IOP>=21 mmHg；
2.眼睛散光绝对值大于1D；
3.有近视以外其他眼病；
4.有低浓度阿托品使用史或硬性角膜接触镜性(RGP)佩戴史；
5.有眼外伤和眼部手术史；
6.存在可能影响血流的全身性疾病，如高血压和糖尿病；
7.配合度差，OCTA扫描图像质量低于7/10。

Exclusion criteria：

1.IOP >=21 mmHg;
2.Absolute value of astigmatism is greater than 1D;
3.Have other eye diseases other than myopia;
4.A history of low-concentration atropine use or hard contact lens (RGP) wear;
5.Have a history of eye trauma and eye surgery;
6.Systemic diseases that may affect blood flow, such as hypertension and diabetes;
7.Poor coordination, OCTA scan image quality is lower than 7/10.
