研究目的：

本研究探讨日间全麻下口腔治疗对儿童神经发育的影响，有针对性地解答备受麻醉医生及患儿监护人关注的热点问题，为临床实践提供依据。同时也为以后更广泛开展不同麻醉方式、不同术式对儿童智力发育影响的研究提供参考。  

Objectives of Study：

This study explores the effect of oral treatment under daytime general anesthesia on children's neurodevelopment, aims to answer the hot issues that have been concerned by anesthesiologists and children's guardians, and provides a basis for clinical practice. At the same time, it also provides a reference for more extensive research on the influence of different anesthesia methods and different surgical methods on children's intellectual development.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.不同意纳入此项研究；
2.由于家庭住址等原因不便于联系随访的患者；
3.全麻药物过敏史；
4.母亲怀孕期间有麻醉药物或精神类药物暴露史；
5.研究对象有精神类药物服用史；
6.研究对象有全麻暴露史；
7.研究对象出生时低体重，或发生缺氧、脑水肿等并发症；
8.研究对象有任何已知的影响神经智力发育的基础性疾病；
9.智力低下或潜在智力低下。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Do not agree to be included in this study;
2. Subjects who are inconvenient to be contacted for follow-up due to home address and other reasons;
3. History of general anesthesia drug allergy;
4. The mother has a history of exposure to narcotic drugs or psychotropic drugs during pregnancy;
5. The research subject has a history of taking psychotropic drugs;
6. The research subject has a history of general anesthesia exposure;
7. The research subjects were born with low birth weight, or had complications such as hypoxia and cerebral edema;
8. The research subjects have any known underlying diseases that affect the development of neurological intelligence;
9. Mental retardation or potential mental retardation.
