研究目的：

1 对比天玑骨科手术机器人辅助脊柱手术和传统手术，发现天玑骨折手术机器人辅助脊柱 手术的优势和不足； 2 探索分析导致机器人辅助脊柱手术不足的原因，联合机器人研发机构，对手术工具、操 作流程等进行改进； 3 将成熟的操作经验制定为应用规范并向全国推广。  

Objectives of Study：

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

1 在项目时间期限内，完成天玑骨科手术机器人辅助脊柱外科手术 50 例，对比机器人辅 助手术与传统手术的差异。 根据患者意愿，将项目时间期限内脊柱外科手术患者分为机器人辅助手术组和传统手术组， 为便于统计分析，机器人辅助手术组需要达到 50 例以上，传统手术组挑选纳入与机器人辅助组 具有相同诊断、相同手术部位的患者。收集两组患者手术时间、术中出血量、手术切口大小、 椎弓根螺钉置入位置、术后住院时间、医疗费用、手术前后功能评分、术后并发症发生率等参 数，进行对比分析。 2 对手术工具、操作流程等进行分析改进。 天玑骨科手术机器人 2017 年开始在全国推广使用，目前仍存在缺少操作规范、手术工具不 够完善等不足。本项目中，拟在具体操作实践中，发现手术工具、操作流程等不足，分析探讨 其原因，并进行改进。确保应用中心环境、设备、器械、流程和医生的最佳配合，提高手术效 率和质量，为大范围推广和应用骨科机器人提供基本准则、临床依据和操作规范。 3 制定应用规范。 在对手术工具、操作流程等进行分析改进的基础上，将成熟的经验总结制定为应用规范， 便于向其他医疗机构推广，以保证医疗安全。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

1 within the time limit of the project, 50 cases of Tianji orthopedic surgery robot assisted spinal surgery were completed, compared with robot assisted spinal surgery. The difference between assisted surgery and traditional surgery. According to the wishes of patients, the patients were divided into robot assisted surgery group and traditional surgery group. In order to facilitate statistical analysis, more than 50 patients in the robot assisted surgery group need to be included in the traditional surgery group. Patients with the same diagnosis and surgical site. The operation time, intraoperative blood loss, surgical incision size, operation time, operation time of the two groups were collected. The location of pedicle screw placement, postoperative hospital stay, medical expenses, preoperative and postoperative functional score, postoperative complication rate and other parameters. A comparative analysis was carried out. 2. Analyze and improve the operation tools and operation process. Tianji orthopedic surgical robot has been widely used in China since 2017. At present, there are still some problems such as lack of operation specifications and surgical tools. It is not perfect enough. In this project, in the specific operation practice, we will find the shortcomings of surgical tools and operation process, and analyze and discuss them. The reasons are analyzed and improved. Ensure the best cooperation of the application center environment, equipment, instruments, processes and doctors, and improve the operation efficiency. It can provide basic criteria, clinical basis and operation specifications for the wide range promotion and application of orthopedic robots. 3. Formulate application specifications. Based on the analysis and improvement of surgical tools and operation process, the mature experience was summarized and formulated as the application standard. It is easy to promote to other medical institutions to ensure medical safety.

排除标准：

①术后全身状态差；
②伴有重度基础疾病；
③四肢骨关节炎致行走障碍；
④既往有精神疾病史；
⑤已参加其他临床试验。

Exclusion criteria：

1. poor general condition after operation;
2. Accompanied with severe basic diseases;
3. Walking disorder caused by osteoarthritis of limbs;
4. Previous history of mental illness;
5. They have participated in other clinical trials.
