研究目的：

检测感染流感病毒后不同时间点，流感特异性T细胞反应强度和反应频率，从而分析流感特异性T细胞反应差异；再通过分析本年度接种流感疫苗人群患流感的发生率，找到一组评价是否为流感易感人群的指标。

Objectives of Study：

Different time points after the flu virus, the influenza specific T cell responses strength and response frequency, so as to analyze the differences of response about specific T cells in flu; at the same time, through the analysis of this year's flu vaccine crowd incidence of flu, find a set of evaluation index of whether they are influenza susceptible populations.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1年内接种过流感疫苗；
接种流感疫苗禁忌症人群；
近期有流感样症状人群。

Exclusion criteria：

allergy for the influenza vaccination.
