研究目的：

拟采用 3D 虚拟现实（Virtual Reality ，VR）技术结合重复经颅磁刺激（rTMS）技术，求证其对脑卒中后注意力、记忆力障碍的康复疗效，探讨其可能机制，为注意力、记忆力障碍的康复寻找更方便、更简洁、更有效的治疗方法，从而减轻患者压力、家庭负担及社会负担。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study is to use 3D virtual reality (VR) technology combined with repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation (rTMS) technology to verify its rehabilitation effect on attention and memory disorders after stroke, and to explore its possible mechanism, so as to find a more convenient, more concise and more effective treatment method for the rehabilitation of attention and memory disorders, so as to reduce the pressure of patients Family burden and social burden.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.颅内器质性病变（占位、血管畸形、感染、外伤、先天发育异常）；
2.既往有脑卒中病史、癫痫、痴呆、抑郁症病史；
3.生命体征不平稳或者肝肾功明显受损。
4.体内有金属植入物者(如心脏支架);
5.严重的视听障碍患者、幽闭空间恐惧患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Intracranial organic lesions (space occupying, vascular malformation, infection, trauma, congenital dysplasia);
2.He had a history of stroke, epilepsy, dementia and depression;
3.The vital signs are not stable or the liver and kidney function are obviously damaged.
4.Those with metal implants (such as cardiac stents) in the body;
5.Patients with severe audiovisual impairment and claustrophobia.

随机方法（请说明由何人用什么方法产生随机序列）：

为了降低选择性偏倚的风险，本试验由不参与本试验的统计人员使用SPSS21.0统计软件编程，以此产生受试者的随机分组序列数，具体步骤如下：先在SPSS软件中进行编号，再在随机数据生成器中设置固定值，计算变量，通过Rv.Uniform函数在设定的范围内随机生成一系列的随机数，采用SPSS Visual Binning功能，将随机数字平均分配到四个组。将SPSS软件产生的随机数分组结果打印出来，制订编码，三招患者入组时间的先后顺序，工作人员将随机号及分组发送给课题负责人。

In order to reduce the risk of selective bias, the statisticians who did not participate in this study used spss21.0 statistical software to program, so as to generate the number of random grouping sequence of the subjects.
