研究目的：

本研究旨在探究原发性患者的肠道菌群变化特征，揭示肠道菌群与脑干出血的关系，并构建原发性脑干出血的发病预测和评估模型。

Objectives of Study：

To explore the characteristics of intestinal flora changes in patients with primary brain stem hemorrhage, reveal the relationship between intestinal flora and brain stem hemorrhage, and establish a prediction and evaluation model for the incidence of primary brain stem hemorrhage.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.有严重的凝血功能障碍；
2.严重的心肺等器质性病变；
3.3个月内使用抗生素、益生菌、牛初乳、激素药物、泻药、质子泵抑制剂，胰岛素增敏剂等；
4.肠易激综合征或炎症性肠病；
5.有恶性肿瘤或消化道手术史。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Have severe coagulation dysfunction;
2. Serious organic diseases such as heart and lung;
3. Use of antibiotics, probiotics, bovine colostrum, hormone drugs, laxatives, proton pump inhibitors, insulin sensitizers, etc. within 3 months;
4. Irritable bowel syndrome or inflammatory bowel disease;
5. A history of malignancy or gastrointestinal surgery.
