研究目的：

本实验的目的是探讨在机器人辅助腹腔镜妇科肿瘤手术中等比通气联合个体化PEEP对肺功能的影响，评估是否可以减少术中肺损伤的发生，达到肺保护策略，为临床工作提供更好的麻醉管理。

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this experiment is to explore the effects of medium specific ventilation combined with individualized PEEP on lung function in robot-assisted laparoscopic gynecological tumor surgery, and to evaluate whether it can reduce the occurrence of intraoperative lung injury, achieve lung protection strategies, and provide better anesthesia management for clinical work.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 术前合并明显肺部疾病，如COPD 3级、肺部感染等；
2. 既往有肺部手术史；
3. 呼吸空气SpO2＜95%；
4. 无法配合肺功能检查；
5. 术毕转入ICU；
6. 严重心功能不全、肝肾功能不全患者等。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Preoperative complicated with obvious pulmonary diseases, such as COPD grade 3, pulmonary infection, etc.;
2. Previous pulmonary surgery;
3. Breathing air SpO2 < 95%;
4. Unable to cooperate with lung function tests;
5. Transfer to ICU after surgery;
6. Patients with severe cardiac insufficiency, liver and kidney insufficiency, etc.
