研究目的：

对合并特殊类型三尖瓣返流的单纯室缺病例，使用膜周型室缺封堵器实施经皮介入封堵治疗和手术治疗，同时观察三尖瓣返流恢复情况，从而避免了传统开胸手术的不足，开拓了介入手术适应证，并使患者获得理想疗效。

Objectives of Study：

With special type of tricuspid regurgitation of simple ventricular septal defect cases, we use perimembranous ventricular septal defect occluder to do the percutaneous transcatheter closure treatment and operation treatment, and observe the recovery of tricuspid regurgitation. So as to avoid the disadvantage of traditional operation, explore the interventional surgical indications, and obtain ideal curative effect for patients.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）术中发现三尖瓣返流由其他原因导致者，或三尖瓣有器质性病变者；
（2）室缺介入封堵失败改行外科开胸手术者；
（3）随访时间不足6月。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Tricuspid regurgitation was caused by other reasons or tricuspid valve had organic lesions;
(2) ventricular septal defect interventional surgery was failed and changed to open chest operation
(3) the follow-up period was less than six months
