研究目的：

评估经阴道自然腔道内镜手术（V-NOTES）是否对女性术后性生活满意度及妊娠、阴道分娩存在不良影响。  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate whether transvaginal natural endoscopic surgery (V-NOTES) has adverse effects on womens postoperative sexual satisfaction, pregnancy and vaginal delivery.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 既往有阴道或宫颈手术史的患者；
2. 本次手术行子宫切除术或次全子宫切除术患者；
3. 经阴道手术术中中转为经脐单孔腹腔镜手术或传统腹腔镜手术或经腹手术者；
4. 术后病理结果提示为恶性肿瘤。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with a history of vaginal or cervical surgery;
2. Patients undergoing hysterectomy or subtotal hysterectomy in this operation;
3. Transvaginal surgery failed and converted to transumbilical single port laparoscopic surgery or traditional laparoscopic surgery or transabdominal surgery;
4. Patients with malignant tumors.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

问卷调查表作为本研究的原始文件应完整保存。由研究者负责保管，问卷调查表书写应字迹工整易于辨认，每位受试者填写完成后立即收回问卷并保存好，便于数据录入人员和监察员核对。数据录入员负责将调查表中的数据信息，录入ResMan系统。研究者收回调查表后3个工作日内完成数据上传

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

As the original document of this study, the questionnaire should be kept intact. The researcher is responsible for keeping the questionnaire. The writing of the questionnaire should be neat and easy to identify. Each subject should take back the questionnaire immediately after completing the questionnaire and save it, so as to facilitate the data entry personnel and the inspector to check. The data entry clerk is responsible for entering the data information in the questionnaire into resman system. The data upload was completed within 3 working days after the researcher took back the questionnaire
